These original white polypropylene trays are for field work and general lab use. Polypropylene is resistant to most chemicals and solvents and can be autoclaved.
The small trays are great for pond sampling and the larger ones for sorting leaf litter. We do not recommend the larger tray for aquatic sampling as it is a little too flexible to be carried full of water.
Both sizes are also available as packs of three.
Please note these trays are susceptible to warping during transit. In such cases trays should be weighed down using books or any other suitably heavy item and left overnight to return to their original shape. Alternatively we recommend our heavy duty sampling trays which are far sturdier and less susceptible to warping.
